Julie Germann, J.D., is the founder of Finding the Right, LLC, where she provides training and technical assistance to improve response to sexual assault, domestic violence and child abuse. She’s a former prosecutor with over a decade of experience prosecuting cases of violence against women and children. Julie has worked with sexual assault and child abuse multidisciplinary teams. Julie trains nationally, provides best practice reviews, and contributes to legislative advancements and policy manuals such as the SART Toolkit published by the NSVRC. Julie obtained her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law and her B.S. in psychology from the University of Wisconsin.
